Members
The Members section is the heart of Gathrik. Every person in your church community lives here.
Viewing Members
Section titled “Viewing Members”Navigate to People > Members to see your full member list.
You can:
- Search by name, email, or phone number
- Filter by status (active, inactive, visitor, suspended)
- Sort by any column
Adding Members
Section titled “Adding Members”There are several ways to add members:
Add Manually
Section titled “Add Manually”Click + Add Member and fill in their details: name, email, phone, address, and role.
Bulk Import from CSV
Section titled “Bulk Import from CSV”Upload a CSV file with member data. Your CSV should include columns for:
- Full name (required)
- Email (required)
- Phone number
- Address
- Date of birth
Invite by Email
Section titled “Invite by Email”Send an invitation link so members can create their own profile and set their own password.
Public Self-Registration
Section titled “Public Self-Registration”Share your church’s public registration page. Members visit the link, fill in their details, verify their email, and they’re added to your church.
Member Profiles
Section titled “Member Profiles”Click on any member to view their full profile:

Member Statuses
Section titled “Member Statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Current, engaged member |
| Inactive | Member who hasn’t been involved recently |
| Visitor | First-time or occasional attendee |
| Suspended | Temporarily restricted account |
Deactivating a Member
Section titled “Deactivating a Member”If someone leaves or needs to be removed, go to their profile and click Deactivate. This preserves their data but removes their access.
