Logging a Donation
Section titled “Logging a Donation”- Go to Finance > Donations
- Click + Add Donation
- Select the member (or log as anonymous)
- Enter the amount and date
- Choose the payment method and fund
- Save

Tax Receipts
Section titled “Tax Receipts”Generate giving statements for tax purposes:
- Statements show all tax-deductible donations for a date range
- Members can also download their own receipts from the Member Portal > My Giving
Member Giving History
Section titled “Member Giving History”View any member’s complete giving history from their profile. This is restricted to users with the appropriate permission.
Anonymous Giving
Section titled “Anonymous Giving”Log donations without attaching a member name. Anonymous gifts are tracked in totals but not attributed to any individual.
