Engagement tracking helps you understand how your congregation is doing and spot members who need attention before they disappear.
Engagement Scores
Section titled “Engagement Scores”Every member gets a score from 0 to 100 based on four components:

| Attendance | How often they attend services and events |
| Participation | Group involvement and event registrations |
| Volunteer | Active volunteer service |
| Communication | Response to messages and outreach |

Score Breakdown
Section titled “Score Breakdown”Click on any member to see their individual engagement breakdown with progress bars for each component:
- Attendance — service and event attendance rate
- Participation — group and event involvement
- Volunteer — volunteer hours and assignments
- Communication — message response rates
Risk Levels
Section titled “Risk Levels”Members fall into five categories:
| Level | Score Range | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| High Engagement | 80-100 | Thriving, actively involved in church life |
| Moderate | 60-79 | Participating but room for deeper involvement |
| Low | 40-59 | Starting to disengage |
| At Risk | 20-39 | Significant decline, needs personal outreach |
| Inactive | 0-19 | No recent activity at all |
Engagement Alerts
Section titled “Engagement Alerts”Get notified when members need attention:
| Priority | When It Triggers |
|---|---|
| Urgent | Previously active member suddenly drops off |
| High | Rapid decline in engagement score |
| Medium | Gradual decline over weeks |
| Low | Minor changes in engagement |
Click View on any alert to see the member’s profile. Click Acknowledge once you’ve reached out.
Trends
Section titled “Trends”Track whether each member is:
- Improving — Engagement is going up
- Stable — Holding steady
- Declining — Engagement is dropping
Use trends to proactively reach out before someone leaves entirely.
