SMS
Send text messages directly to your members’ phones. SMS is available on Starter plans and above.
Sending an SMS
Section titled “Sending an SMS”- Go to Communication
- Click Compose Message
- Choose SMS as the channel
- Select recipients
- Type your message (keep it concise — SMS has character limits)
- Send
SMS Limits
Section titled “SMS Limits”Each plan includes a monthly SMS allocation:

SMS Top-Up
Section titled “SMS Top-Up”Running low on SMS credits? Purchase additional credits:
- Go to Communication > SMS Management
- Click Top Up
- Choose a credit package
- Complete payment
Sender Name
Section titled “Sender Name”Customize your SMS sender name so members know the message is from your church. Go to Communication > SMS Management to set your sender name.
SMS History
Section titled “SMS History”View delivery history for all sent messages:
- Delivery status per recipient
- Timestamp
- Error messages for failed deliveries
Usage Tracking
Section titled “Usage Tracking”Monitor your SMS usage from the Billing tab in Settings. A usage meter shows how many of your monthly credits you’ve used.
