Announcements
Announcements are public notices that members see when they log into the Member Portal.
Creating an Announcement
Section titled “Creating an Announcement”- Go to Communication > Announcements
- Click Create Announcement
- Write your announcement title and content
- Set a publish date (or publish immediately)
- Save
Where Members See Announcements
Section titled “Where Members See Announcements”Announcements appear on the Member Portal home page and in the dedicated Announcements section. Members see them when they log in.
Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”- Weekly church updates
- Upcoming event reminders
- Policy changes or important notices
- Prayer requests
- Holiday schedules
