Children's Ministry

The Children’s Ministry module helps you safely manage children in your programs with secure check-in, allergy alerts, and guardian tracking.

Register each child with:

  • Full name and date of birth (age calculated automatically)
  • Allergies and medical notes
  • Special needs information
  • Photo
  • Guardian/parent links
  • Link children to one or more guardians (parents)
  • Add authorized pickup persons beyond guardians
  • Each pickup person can have specific notes or restrictions
  1. Register children with their details and guardian links
  2. Set up rooms for different age groups
  3. Assign volunteers to each room
  4. Parents check in children at the start of service
  5. A security code is generated for pickup
  6. Allergy alerts are shown to room volunteers
  7. Only authorized persons can pick up children using the security code
