Children's Ministry
The Children’s Ministry module helps you safely manage children in your programs with secure check-in, allergy alerts, and guardian tracking.
Children Records
Section titled “Children Records”Register each child with:
- Full name and date of birth (age calculated automatically)
- Allergies and medical notes
- Special needs information
- Photo
- Guardian/parent links
Guardians
Section titled “Guardians”- Link children to one or more guardians (parents)
- Add authorized pickup persons beyond guardians
- Each pickup person can have specific notes or restrictions
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Register children with their details and guardian links
- Set up rooms for different age groups
- Assign volunteers to each room
- Parents check in children at the start of service
- A security code is generated for pickup
- Allergy alerts are shown to room volunteers
- Only authorized persons can pick up children using the security code
