Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Process

Section titled “Check-In Process”
  1. Parent arrives at the check-in station (kiosk or volunteer)
  2. Search for the child by parent’s phone number or name
  3. Select which children to check in
  4. Choose the appropriate room
  5. A security code is printed/displayed for pickup
  6. Volunteers in the room see the child’s details including allergy alerts

Session Roster

Once a check-in session is active, volunteers see the full roster with real-time status updates.

Check-Out Process

Section titled “Check-Out Process”
  1. Parent returns with their security code
  2. Volunteer verifies the code
  3. Child is checked out and released to the authorized person

First-Time Registration

Section titled “First-Time Registration”

If a child isn’t in the system yet, they can be registered during check-in:

  • Enter the child’s name and date of birth
  • Add allergy and medical information
  • Link to a guardian
  • Check them in immediately
